The Wake-up Call: Being A Minimalist, A Robust Way to Simpler Life, Happier Soul!

KEY QUESTIONS:
What haven't I used in a while?
What would not be replaced if it missed?
Do I love using, empowering, or wearing these things?

I have practiced the minimalistic lifestyle since 2024, yet a podcast I heard not long ago from Michael Lavers, knocked at the door of my creativity to write this journal.

I used to be a hoarder, owned lots of things such as: make up stuff, bags, wardrobes, books, heels, etc. I had a tendency to stock many things in case of urgency I still have many stored at the end of the day.

On the surface level, it seemed like a good life, a huge amount of things, happy mood all the time. I used different things at different times. But after some reflection time, I felt something off.

I stocked numerous things in my room, multiple of each category, filled all spaces around the room. Due to that excessive stuff, I got headache every time I saw them. I stressed out to figure things out, searched things I didn't remember where I placed, ohhh it's chaotic.

Day by day, I decluttered my possession. Each session bringing much clarity, clearing fog in my space and in my mind, feeling much lighter.

I burnt those garbages, I often feel sick seeing them that reminded me of losing my money, I sick get along with them. I threw away some bags, clothes, make up that didn't serve me anymore (some of them have already expired).

I understand now, by being a minimalistic person, I am in the highest peak of joy. I upgraded myself to a much higher perspective, now I become very sensitive to chaotic rooms and excessive things. Recently I understood that things could affect my energy, that things have energy too.

Day by day, I am more sensitive to clutter, it affects my mood. I love cleaning my space, it brings peaceful atmosphere around me. Decluttering is one of my loved activities.

Discuss about energy, I have a perfect question to be asked. Have you ever felt drawn to certain things instead of others? Even though you have a lot of things in each category, anyway you love that piece so much?

Every thing has energy. In Santana Dharma, everything has a life force, it's called Prana. In short, Prana is everywhere; but the quality of prana is different based upon the source and our interaction with the source.

Here I've proved this theory into my actual life. When I feel drawn to certain thing, when I get affected by messy and uncleaned room, those are proofs to my testament.

As I understood of this new lesson, I feel pretty much happier than I used to be. I love stark appearance, whether in a room, on screen, it could be anything. I love harmonious colors in a portray.

Instead of having many things, I prefer having bare minimum but high quality.

"Less stuff, less stress!"

Having simple minimalistic life leads to healthier life, happier life. There is an elegance in simplicity that only few have noticed.

However, ones can not force an opinion on someone else. Even though now I'm changed into a minimalist, that doesn't mean people surround me followed my path.

I encouraged myself to promote this new lifestyle as I upgraded myself. Still, there are people who reject the idea, collect stuff and stock trash in their life. But that doesn't matter, because it is the only way to test if you're brave enough to follow your wake-up call, be the initiator in the midst of people against you.

It is a testament to your true power, with a bold question, "are you dare to be the creator of your life?".

Okay, I'm wrapping up here, I hope I will be live in an authentic self essence, following my true nature, be the leader of my life, and start understanding how beautiful minimalistic life could be.

Taj Mahal: The Monument of Eternal Love

Agra, India A holy white tremendous building, a giant mausoleum as a symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan. The Taj Mahal was constructed between roughly 1632 and 1653 in Agra, India. Commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan, the project was enormous, blended Indian, Persian, and Islamic architectural styles into a unified masterpiece, as a mausoleum for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. What a wonderful symbol of love and affection. I've never dreamt of seeing Taj Mahal in the newfound perspective before. What I saw was a popular building that everyone wishes for. I guess, no one sees how is the beauty of love emerged from the bottom of the heart and manifested as this giant thing. What I found was memorable than I expected to be. I saw purity as the building only has one main color, which is white, my favorite color 🤍. That's miraculous! Seeing Taj Mahal reminds me of my dream to find a true companionship in life. I wore red salwar kameez as the symbol of romance, completed the beauty ...

The Wake-up Call: How Do I View Artificial Intelligence in My Life?

Well, months ago, there has been a widespread mockery and critics addressed upon Dawn, the largest and oldest Pakistani English newspaper, launched in British India by Muhammad Ali Jinnah in 1941. That afternoon, as usually I was enjoying my black coffee while scrolling updates on LinkedIn. People all over the world popped up, posted of a Pakistani newspaper written in English. Seemed curious and agitated, I read one of those. There we go. On November 12th, one of their business articles titled "Auto Sales Rev Up In October" has unedited AI Chatbot prompt. At the end of it, there is one final point which absolutely indicates an AI-written text. I catched someone commented, made laughed at these texts. Some random non-AI experts start noticing the trends go viral, posted and reposted exactly the same photo, flooding LinkedIn more than weeks. Up to now, I see certain people still digging hole. Alright, what exactly AI is? Artificial intelligence or AI is a generated intelligenc...
