KEY QUESTIONS: What haven't I used in a while? What would not be replaced if it missed? Do I love using, empowering, or wearing these things? I have practiced the minimalistic lifestyle since 2024, yet a podcast I heard not long ago from Michael Lavers, knocked at the door of my creativity to write this journal. I used to be a hoarder, owned lots of things such as: make up stuff, bags, wardrobes, books, heels, etc. I had a tendency to stock many things in case of urgency I still have many stored at the end of the day. On the surface level, it seemed like a good life, a huge amount of things, happy mood all the time. I used different things at different times. But after some reflection time, I felt something off. I stocked numerous things in my room, multiple of each category, filled all spaces around the room. Due to that excessive stuff, I got headache every time I saw them.
