Detachment: The Science of Letting Go

Back to the dates where economic theory was rising high, said "We cannot fulfill all our desires because this nature gives limited offers to our unlimited desires". That taught us the science of detachment.

To master how to detach over things will help us understand about deep meaning of detachment in spirituality plus help us navigate the world by less spending over stuff.

Most of the time we are attached to things and we are unable to let go even though we know those do not serve us again.

The feeling of attachment is so powerful and starts to dictate our lives. We are unaware that mostly we are led by attachment all the time.

From my experience, what I learned about the science of detachment is how to simply live with full awareness and being more productive (read: taking full charge of life) by being detached over things in our life.

"The less the better!"

Now, I am being aware of what to buy and eliminating which ones are ready to be burned. I already spent some good time cleaning, eliminating and decluttering.

Oftentimes decluttering doesn't deal with stuff alone, but emotional baggage as well.

We keep burdening our mind with trauma and unfavorable memories and many kinds of emotions within. We don't even know what was going on in our life.

We crave happiness and joy but are unaware of the emotional trash we store for years.

Decluttering the emotional trash is vital to make us alive evermore. We have lots of free space to store new healthy memories.

Mens sana in corpore sano, a healthy mind in a healthy body and vice versa.

Decluttering the emotional baggage surely will help our body to concentrate on the good part of life and it attracts more positivity and happiness towards our life.

"To be detached we shouldn't be attached"

I wrote former article about Detox My Life In 2025: The Power of Letting Go. I explained my experience when detoxifying my life.

I can't believe when I decluttered everything I don't need anymore, I create for new things to blossom and I also feel more relaxed and happier.

I feel happier because I create space for growth and expansion.

Constant decluttering is what I need to keep my life in healthy boundaries.

When I detached myself over things, memories even people, I let the feeling of attachment go away beyond my imagination. Detachment is the science of letting go.

Detachment is A Freedom

I am not afraid of losing everything that no longer serves me. I don't let the attachment control my life. I burned the trash, I do not keep it. I let the fire purify my life. Believe it, this is a very powerful tool to refresh mind and soul.

Fire purifies everything, don't underestimate the power of this nature element. You have to realize that fire is the strong element of nature. It purifies everything.

In 2025 I started to detox my life. I'm doing a complete energy detox in this new year.

I didn't realize that decluttering is a powerful tool to detox my life. By doing a complete energy detox in 2025, I feel more relaxed, happier and there is a sense of joy and a purpose in my life which I found again.

Detox my life means I emptied my life for new things to blossom therefore this set a new place for growth and expansion.

The more shocking fact is decluttering could affect my energy too. It is linked.

When my energy is flow good like a cleaned river, it affects my personality and my view of the world. I started to attract more positivity and peaceful situation into my life.

"The more balanced I become, the more happier am I"

At the end of the day, contentment is the goal of my life, and to define my own unique happiness starts by decluttering my life (*´ω`*)

Taj Mahal: The Monument of Eternal Love

Agra, India A holy white tremendous building, a giant mausoleum as a symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan. The Taj Mahal was constructed between roughly 1632 and 1653 in Agra, India. Commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan, the project was enormous, blended Indian, Persian, and Islamic architectural styles into a unified masterpiece, as a mausoleum for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. What a wonderful symbol of love and affection. I've never dreamt of seeing Taj Mahal in the newfound perspective before. What I saw was a popular building that everyone wishes for. I guess, no one sees how is the beauty of love emerged from the bottom of the heart and manifested as this giant thing. What I found was memorable than I expected to be. I saw purity as the building only has one main color, which is white, my favorite color 🤍. That's miraculous! Seeing Taj Mahal reminds me of my dream to find a true companionship in life. I wore red salwar kameez as the symbol of romance, completed the beauty ...

My First Time Solo Travel: India, Divinity of Thou Art That

In 2024, exactly on November 24th, I traveled alone for the very first time. I was ecstatic yet awful — nobody accompanied me. My destination was India, a big country with multiculturalism. I flew to New Delhi, India by Air Asia. First at one point, I have to transit to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Several hours waiting, from Kuala Lumpur then flew directly to Indira Gandhi international Airport. It was an enormous airport with 3 terminals, considered as the busiest airport in Asia. Wow! Along the way, I couldn't eat anything, I left my chocolate bread inside my shoulder bag for hours before I dumped it in hotel bin after my arrival in Delhi. Around seven hours inside the plane, I was extremely tired and felt a little bit dizzy reached India. It is called jet lag of extreme flight hours. I changed my watch to set up to new local time. I joined a programme from Ministry of External Affairs India. I have written separate article HERE. I was in India for 21 days. 21 days alone with nobody ...

The Wake-up Call: How Do I View Artificial Intelligence in My Life?

Well, months ago, there has been a widespread mockery and critics addressed upon Dawn, the largest and oldest Pakistani English newspaper, launched in British India by Muhammad Ali Jinnah in 1941. That afternoon, as usually I was enjoying my black coffee while scrolling updates on LinkedIn. People all over the world popped up, posted of a Pakistani newspaper written in English. Seemed curious and agitated, I read one of those. There we go. On November 12th, one of their business articles titled "Auto Sales Rev Up In October" has unedited AI Chatbot prompt. At the end of it, there is one final point which absolutely indicates an AI-written text. I catched someone commented, made laughed at these texts. Some random non-AI experts start noticing the trends go viral, posted and reposted exactly the same photo, flooding LinkedIn more than weeks. Up to now, I see certain people still digging hole. Alright, what exactly AI is? Artificial intelligence or AI is a generated intelligenc...
